The State Department of Agriculture shall initiate and\n\noperate a “Made in Oklahoma” and a “Grown in Oklahoma” program for\n\nthe purpose of promoting foods, products, and services produced\n\nwithin Oklahoma.\n\nB. The programs shall be designed to:\n\n1. Increase consumer awareness by identifying foods, products,\n\nor services with a “Made in Oklahoma” or a “Grown in Oklahoma” logo;\n\n2. Increase purchase of Oklahoma foods, products, and services\n\nby Oklahomans and by out-of-state persons;\n\n3. Expand and develop new markets for Oklahoma-made foods,\n\nproducts, and services;\n\n4. Attract needed materials to Oklahoma processors; and\n\n5.
