It shall be unlawful for any person, company, firm,\n\ncorporation, livestock market, concentration yard, or livestock\n\nauction, to sell animals or to remove animals from markets unless\n\nthe animals are in compliance with rules promulgated by the State\n\nBoard of Agriculture.\n\nB. Animals that are sold prior to testing shall revert to the\n\nseller without obligation to the purchasers if the animals are\n\nreactors, and all expenses incurred in testing shall be paid by the\n\nseller.\n\nC.
