Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-134","heading":"Quarantine","body":"If the State Board of Agriculture or any authorized agent\n\nthereof determines any animal or livestock in any area is or might\n\nbe infected with any foreign animal disease, a quarantine may be\n\ndeclared by the Board. The quarantine shall show the area\n\nquarantined and the conditions of the quarantine. Notice of the\n\nquarantine shall be given in person by an authorized agent, by\n\ncertified mail, by a sign or signs posted in or around the\n\nquarantined area, or by publication in a legal newspaper of general\n\ncirculation in one or more counties in which the area may be\n\nsituated.
