Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-135","heading":"Restrictions on biological products","body":"No biological products, including but not limited to antigens,\n\nused to immunize, test, or treat livestock or animals for foreign\n\nanimal diseases shall be manufactured, produced, transported,\n\ndistributed, sold, offered for sale, or possessed in this state\n\nunless the biological product has been licensed or permitted by the\n\nUnited States Department of Agriculture, and approved by the State\n\nVeterinarian.
