Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-145","heading":"Movement of animals into state - Testing – Owner","body":"responsibilities - Assistance from sheriff - Fees.\n\nAnimals shall be moved or allowed to move into the State of\n\nOklahoma only in accordance with rules promulgated by the State\n\nBoard of Agriculture and regulations of the United States Department\n\nof Agriculture. It shall be the duty of each owner or person in\n\ncontrol of animals in this state to present all animals for testing\n\nwhen notified by the State Veterinarian or the authorized agent of\n\nthe State Veterinarian. The owner or person in control of the\n\nanimals shall render any assistance in restraining the animals\n\nrequired by the State Veterinarian or the authorized agent of the\n\nState Veterinarian. If the owner or person in control neglects or\n\nrefuses to present the animals for testing or adequately assist in\n\nrestraining them, the State Veterinarian or the authorized agent of\n\nthe State Veterinarian may call upon the sheriff of the county for\n\nany necessary assistance. The sheriff shall be paid for the work\n\nthe same fees as are collected for the execution of a writ of\n\nattachment.
