Any authorized agent of the State Board of Agriculture,\n\nor any law enforcement officer of the State of Oklahoma or any\n\nsubdivision, shall have the authority to stop the shipment or\n\nmovement of any livestock within this state, and the agent or\n\nofficer may hold the livestock under quarantine at the owner's risk\n\nand expense for observation, tests, vaccination, dipping, treatment,\n\ninspection, or for any other purposes.\n\n2. The agent or officer may order any and all livestock\n\nunloaded or handled in any manner when the agent or officer finds it\n\nnecessary to effect a more complete and thorough inspection or\n\nexamination.\n\n3. If the livestock are found to be affected with any\n\ninfectious or communicable disease or condition which poses a threat\n\nto the public health, safety, or welfare, the Board or State\n\nVeterinarian may condemn the livestock and order them slaughtered\n\nimmediately. The agent, Board, or State Veterinarian shall not be\n\nliable for the loss in value of any livestock stopped, quarantined,\n\ncondemned, or slaughtered under the provisions of this subarticle.\n\nB.
