In order to assist in the enforcement of this law and to aid\n\nin determining the point of origin of livestock transported within\n\nthe State of Oklahoma, all livestock shall be accompanied by a\n\nhealth certificate, a bill of sale, or acceptable proof of ownership\n\nof the livestock. All such documents shall disclose the name of the\n\nowner, the name of the consignee, the point of origin, the point of\n\ndestination, and a description of the livestock sufficient to\n\nidentify them for any purpose.\n\nB.
