Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-155","heading":"Penalties","body":"Any person violating the provisions of subsections A and B of\n\nSection 6-151 of this title relating to the importation and\n\ntransportation of livestock, is guilty of a Class D3 felony offense\n\nand subject to a punishment of imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, or a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000.00) fine, or both. Any\n\nperson violating any of the other provisions of this section,\n\nrelating to the importation and transportation of livestock, is\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a maximum punishment of six\n\n(6) months in the county jail or a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00)\n\nfine, or both.
