The Oklahoma Meat Inspection Act shall apply to:\n\n1. All carcasses or parts of carcasses of cattle, bison, sheep,\n\nswine, goats, horses, mules, and other equines or the meat or meat\n\nproducts thereof, capable of use as human food, which may be brought\n\ninto any slaughtering, meat-canning, salting, packing, rendering, or\n\nsimilar establishment, where inspection under the Oklahoma Meat\n\nInspection Act is maintained. Examination and inspection shall be\n\nmade before the carcasses or parts thereof shall be allowed to enter\n\ninto any department wherein the same are to be treated and prepared\n\nfor meat food products; and\n\n2. All such products which, after having been issued from any\n\nsuch slaughtering, meat-canning, salting, packing, rendering, or\n\nsimilar establishment, shall be returned to the same or to any\n\nsimilar establishment where such inspection is maintained.\n\nB.
