Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-186","heading":"Meat food products - Inspection - Access - Marking or","body":"stamping.\n\nFor the purposes hereinbefore set forth, the Board shall cause to\n\nbe made by inspectors appointed for that purpose an examination and\n\ninspection of all meat food products prepared in any slaughtering,\n\nmeat-canning, salting, packing, rendering, or similar establishment,\n\nwhere such articles are prepared for intrastate commerce and for the\n\npurposes of any examination and inspection said inspectors shall\n\nhave access at all times, by day or night, whether the establishment\n\nbe operated or not, to every part of said establishment; and said\n\ninspectors shall mark, stamp, tag, or label as \"Oklahoma Inspected\n\nand Passed\" all such products found to be not adulterated; and said\n\ninspectors shall label, mark, stamp, or tag as \"Oklahoma Inspected\n\nand Condemned\" all such products found adulterated, and all such\n\ncondemned meat food products shall be destroyed for food purposes,\n\nas hereinbefore provided, and the Board may remove inspectors from\n\nany establishment which fails to so destroy such condemned meat food\n\nproducts.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9a331218ea28b408ec435bcc9d9277d261dfbd11c07e176e5428b4133a16d224","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-185","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-187"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
