Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-191","heading":"Forging of official marks or certificates","body":"(a) No brand manufacturer, printer, or other person, firm, or\n\ncorporation shall cast, print, lithograph, or otherwise make any\n\ndevice containing any official mark or simulation thereof, or any\n\nlabel bearing any such mark or simulation, or any form of official\n\ncertificate or simulation thereof, except as authorized by the\n\nBoard.\n\n(b) No person, firm, or corporation shall\n\n(1) forge any official device, mark, or certificate;\n\n(2) without authorization from the Board use any official\n\ndevice, mark, or certificate, or simulation thereof, or alter,\n\ndetach, deface, or destroy any official device, mark, or\n\ncertificate;\n\n(3) contrary to the regulations prescribed by the Board, fail\n\nto use, or to detach, deface, or destroy any official device, mark,\n\nor certificate;\n\n(4) knowingly possess, without promptly notifying the Board or\n\nits representative, any official device or any counterfeit,\n\nsimulated, forged, or improperly altered official certificate or any\n\ndevice or label or any carcass of any animal, or part or product\n\nthereof, bearing any counterfeit, simulated, forged, or improperly\n\naltered official mark;\n\n(5) knowingly make any false statement in any shipper's\n\ncertificate or other nonofficial or official certificate provided\n\nfor in the regulations prescribed by the Board; or\n\n(6) knowingly represent that any article has been inspected and\n\npassed, or exempted, under this act, when, in fact, it has,\n\nrespectively, not been so inspected and passed, or exempted.\n\n(c) Any person who violates the provisions of this section\n\nshall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and\n\nshall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"0665fb31951d746bec7d46cabff2b6c5be4df23a71da794fc9e47b5273d43e71","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-190","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-192"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
