Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-193","heading":"Appointment of inspectors - Rules and regulations","body":"The Board shall appoint from time to time inspectors to make\n\nexamination and inspection of all cattle, sheep, swine, goats,\n\nhorses, mules, and other equines, the inspection of which is hereby\n\nprovided for, and of all carcasses and parts thereof, and of all\n\nmeat and meat food products thereof, and of the sanitary conditions\n\nof all establishments in which such meat and meat food products\n\nhereinbefore described are prepared; and said inspectors shall\n\nrefuse to stamp, mark, tag or label any carcass or any part thereof,\n\nor meat food product therefrom, prepared in any establishment\n\nhereinbefore mentioned, until the same shall have actually been\n\ninspected and found to be not adulterated; and shall perform such\n\nother duties as are provided by this act and by the rules and\n\nregulations to be prescribed by said Board and said Board shall,\n\nfrom time to time, make such rules and regulations as are necessary\n\nfor the efficient execution of the provisions of this act, and all\n\ninspections and examinations made under this act shall be such and\n\nmade in such manner as described in the rules and regulations\n\nprescribed by said Board not inconsistent with the provisions of\n\nthis act.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"99da042d31acf09b10116d75ae356dcc70690059bbf35c80240046730026f7ec","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-192","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-194"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
