Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-194","heading":"Bribery - Penalties","body":"Any person, firm, or corporation, or any agent or employee of\n\nany person, firm, or corporation, who shall give, pay, or offer,\n\ndirectly or indirectly, to any inspector, deputy inspector, chief\n\ninspector, or any other officer or employee of this state authorized\n\nto perform any of the duties prescribed by this act or by the rules\n\nof the Board, any money or other thing of value, with intent to\n\ninfluence said inspector, deputy inspector, chief inspector, or\n\nother officer or employee of this state in the discharge of any duty\n\nherein provided for, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D3 felony\n\noffense, upon conviction thereof, and shall be punished by a fine\n\nnot less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) nor more than Ten\n\nThousand Dollars ($10,000.00) and by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes; and any inspector, deputy inspector, chief inspector, or\n\nother officer or employee of this state authorized to perform any of\n\nthe duties prescribed by this act who shall accept any money, gift,\n\nor other thing of value from any person, firm, or corporation, or\n\nofficers, agents, or employees thereof, given with intent to\n\ninfluence his official action, or who shall receive or accept from\n\nany person, firm, or corporation engaged in intrastate commerce any\n\ngift, money, or other thing of value given with any purpose or\n\nintent whatsoever, shall be deemed guilty of a Class D3 felony\n\noffense and shall, upon conviction thereof, be summarily discharged\n\nfrom office and shall be punished by a fine not less than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars\n\n($10,000.00) and by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a2803e2823170cbad1c7b2430529b96acf0afb6a14fc40c55d97c34c928cd598","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-193","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-195"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
