Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-196","heading":"Storing and handling - Regulations","body":"The Board may, by regulations, prescribe conditions under which\n\ncarcasses, parts of carcasses, meat, and meat food products of\n\ncattle, bison, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, or other equines,\n\ncapable of use as human food, shall be stored or otherwise handled\n\nby any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of\n\nbuying, selling, freezing, storing, or transporting, in or for\n\nintrastate commerce, such articles, whenever the Board deems such\n\naction necessary to assure that such articles will not be\n\nadulterated or misbranded when delivered to the consumer.
