Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-197","heading":"Articles not intended as human food","body":"Inspection shall not be provided under Sections 181 et seq. of\n\nthis title at any establishment for the slaughter of cattle, bison,\n\nsheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, or other equines, or the\n\npreparation of any carcasses or parts or products of such animals\n\nwhich are not intended for use as human food, but such articles\n\nshall, prior to their offer for sale or transportation in intrastate\n\ncommerce, unless naturally inedible by humans, be denatured or\n\notherwise identified as prescribed by regulations of the Board to\n\ndeter their use for human food. No person, firm, or corporation\n\nshall buy, sell, transport, or offer for sale or transportation, or\n\nreceive for transportation, in intrastate commerce, any carcasses,\n\nparts thereof, meat or meat food products of any such animals, which\n\nare not intended for use as human food unless they are denatured or\n\notherwise identified as required by the regulations of the Board or\n\nare naturally inedible by humans.
