Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-199","heading":"Registration of certain businesses","body":"No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in business, in or\n\nfor intrastate commerce, as a meat broker, renderer, or animal food\n\nmanufacturer, or engage in business in such commerce as a wholesaler\n\nof any carcasses, or parts or products of the carcasses, of any\n\ncattle, bison, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules, or other equines,\n\nwhether intended for human food or other purposes, or engage in\n\nbusiness as a public warehouseman storing any such articles in or\n\nfor such commerce, or engage in the business of buying, selling, or\n\ntransporting in such commerce any dead, dying, disabled, or diseased\n\nanimals of the specified kinds, or parts of the carcasses of any\n\nsuch animals that died otherwise than by slaughter, unless, when\n\nrequired by regulations of the Board, he has registered with the\n\nBoard his name, and the address of each place of business at which\n\nand all trade names under which he conducts such business.
