Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-200","heading":"Dead, dying or disabled animals - Regulations concerning","body":"No person, firm, or corporation engaged in the business of\n\nbuying, selling, or transporting in intrastate commerce dead, dying,\n\ndisabled, or diseased animals, or any part of the carcasses of any\n\nanimals that died otherwise than by slaughter, shall buy, sell,\n\ntransport, offer for sale or transportation, or receive for\n\ntransportation, in such commerce, any dead, dying, disabled, or\n\ndiseased cattle, bison, sheep, swine, goats, horses, mules or other\n\nequines, or parts of the carcasses of any such animals that died\n\notherwise than by slaughter, unless such transaction or\n\ntransportation is made in accordance with such regulations as the\n\nBoard prescribes to assure that such animals, or the unwholesome\n\nparts or products thereof, will be prevented from being used for\n\nhuman food purposes.
