Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-202","heading":"Refusal or withdrawal of inspection","body":"The Board may (for such period, or indefinitely, as it deems\n\nnecessary to effectuate the purposes of this act) refuse to provide,\n\nor withdraw, inspection service under Sections 1 through 16 of this\n\nact with respect to any establishment if it determines, after\n\nopportunity for a hearing is accorded to the applicant for, or\n\nrecipient of, such service, that such applicant or recipient is\n\nunfit to engage in any business requiring inspection under Sections\n\n1 through 16 of this act because the applicant or recipient, or\n\nanyone responsibly connected with the applicant or recipient, has\n\nbeen convicted, in any federal or state court of (1) any felony, or\n\n(2) more than one (1) violation of any law, other than a felony,\n\nbased upon the acquiring, handling, or distributing of unwholesome,\n\nmislabeled, or deceptively packaged food or upon fraud in connection\n\nwith transactions in food. This section shall not affect in any way\n\nother provisions of this act for withdrawal of inspection services\n\nunder Sections 1 through 16 from establishments failing to maintain\n\nsanitary conditions or to destroy condemned carcasses, parts, meat\n\nor meat food products.\n\nFor the purpose of this section a person shall be deemed to be\n\nresponsibly connected with the business if he was a partner,\n\nofficer, director, holder, or owner of ten percent (10%) or more of\n\nits voting stock or employee in a managerial or executive capacity.\n\nThe determination and order of the Board with respect thereto under\n\nthis section shall be final and conclusive unless the affected\n\napplicant for, or recipient of, inspection service files application\n\nfor judicial review within thirty (30) days after the effective date\n\nof such order in the appropriate court as provided in Section 25.\n\nJudicial review of any such order shall be upon the record upon\n\nwhich the determination and order are based.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ab3b46aa73486011f854f840ca5cdf8d9cf696c12a1c60c05b7bf9be9d75e839","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-201","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
