Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-253","heading":"Policy and intent","body":"It is hereby declared to be the policy of the Legislature of\n\nthis state to provide for the inspection of poultry and poultry\n\nproducts and otherwise regulate the processing and distribution of\n\nsuch articles as hereinafter prescribed to prevent the movement or\n\nsale in intrastate commerce of poultry and poultry products which\n\nare adulterated or misbranded.
