For the purpose of preventing the entry into or flow or\n\nmovement in intrastate commerce of any poultry product which is\n\ncapable of use as human food and is adulterated, the Board shall,\n\nwhere and to the extent considered by it necessary, cause to be made\n\nby inspectors antemortem inspection of poultry in each official\n\nestablishment engaged in processing poultry or poultry products\n\nsolely for intrastate commerce.\n\nB. The Board, whenever processing operations are being\n\nconducted, shall cause to be made by inspectors postmortem\n\ninspection of the carcass of each bird processed, and at any time\n\nsuch quarantine, segregation and reinspection as it deems necessary\n\nof poultry and poultry products capable of use as human food in each\n\nofficial establishment engaged in processing poultry or poultry\n\nproducts solely for intrastate commerce.\n\nC. All poultry carcasses and parts thereof and other poultry\n\nproducts found to be adulterated shall be condemned and shall, if no\n\nappeal be taken from such determination of condemnation, be\n\ndestroyed for human food purposes under the provision of an\n\ninspector. Provided, that carcasses, parts, and products which may\n\nby reprocessing be made not adulterated, need not be so condemned\n\nand destroyed if so reprocessed under the supervision of an\n\ninspector and thereafter found to be not adulterated. If an appeal\n\nbe taken from such determination, the carcasses, parts, or products\n\nshall be appropriately marked and segregated pending completion of\n\nan appeal inspection, which appeal shall be at the cost of the\n\nappellant if the Board determines that the appeal is frivolous.
