Each official establishment slaughtering poultry or\n\nprocessing poultry products solely for intrastate commerce shall\n\nhave such premises, facilities, and equipment, and be operated in\n\naccordance with such sanitary practices, as are required by\n\nregulations promulgated by the Board for the purpose of preventing\n\nthe entry into or flow or movement in intrastate commerce of poultry\n\nproducts which are adulterated.\n\nB.
