No person shall:\n\n1. slaughter any poultry or process any poultry products\n\nwhich are capable of use as human food at any establishment\n\nprocessing any such articles solely for intrastate commerce, except\n\nin compliance with the requirements of this act;\n\n2. sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or\n\nreceive for transportation, in intrastate commerce:\n\n(a) any poultry products which are capable of use as\n\nhuman food and are adulterated or misbranded at the\n\ntime of such sale, transportation, offer for sale or\n\ntransportation, or receipt for transportation; or\n\n(b) any poultry products required to be inspected\n\nunder this act unless they have been so inspected and\n\npassed;\n\n3. do, with respect to any poultry products which are\n\ncapable of use as human food, any act while they are being\n\ntransported in intrastate commerce or held for sale after such\n\ntransportation, which is intended to cause or has the effect of\n\ncausing such products to be adulterated or misbranded;\n\n4. sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or\n\nreceive for transportation, in intrastate commerce or from an\n\nofficial establishment, any slaughtered poultry from which the\n\nblood, feathers, feet, head, or viscera have not been removed in\n\naccordance with regulations promulgated by the Board, except as may\n\nbe authorized by regulations of the Board;\n\n5. use to his own advantage, or reveal other than to the\n\nauthorized representatives of the state government or any other\n\ngovernment in their official capacity, or as ordered by a court in\n\nany judicial proceedings, any information acquired under the\n\nauthority of this act concerning any matter which is entitled to\n\nprotection as a trade secret.\n\nB. No brand manufacturer, printer, or other person shall cast,\n\nprint, lithograph, or otherwise make any device containing any\n\nofficial mark or simulation thereof, or any label bearing any such\n\nmark or simulation, or any form of official certificate or\n\nsimulation thereof, except as authorized by the Board.\n\nC. No person shall:\n\n1. forge any official device, mark, or certificate;\n\n2. without authorization from the Board use any official\n\ndevice, mark, or certificate, or simulation thereof, or alter,\n\ndetach, deface, or destroy any official device, mark, or\n\ncertificate;\n\n3. contrary to the regulations prescribed by the Board,\n\nfail to use, or to detach, deface, or destroy any official device,\n\nmark, or certificate;\n\n4. knowingly possess, without promptly notifying the Board\n\nor its representative, any official device or any counterfeit,\n\nsimulated, forged, or improperly altered official certificate or any\n\ndevice or label or any carcass of any poultry, or part or product\n\nthereof, bearing any counterfeit, simulated, forged, or improperly\n\naltered official mark;\n\n5. knowingly make any false statement in any shipper's\n\ncertificate or other nonofficial or official certificate provided\n\nfor in the regulations prescribed by the Board; or\n\n6. knowingly represent that any article has been inspected\n\nand passed, or exempted, under this act when, in fact, it has,\n\nrespectively, not been so inspected and passed, or exempted.\n\nD.
