Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-263","heading":"Notice of violations","body":"Before any violation of this act is reported by the Board to any\n\ndistrict attorney for institution of a criminal proceeding, the\n\nperson against whom such proceeding is contemplated shall be given\n\nreasonable notice of the alleged violation and opportunity to\n\npresent his views orally or in writing with regard to such\n\ncontemplated proceeding.
