The Board may by regulations prescribe conditions under\n\nwhich poultry products capable of use as human food shall be stored\n\nor otherwise handled by any person engaged in the business of\n\nbuying, selling, freezing, storing, or transporting, in or for\n\nintrastate commerce, such articles, whenever the Board deems such\n\naction necessary to assure that such articles will not be\n\nadulterated or misbranded when delivered to the consumer. Violation\n\nof any such regulation is prohibited and shall be deemed a Class D3\n\nfelony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nB. The Board shall promulgate such other rules and regulations\n\nas are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.\n\nC.
