No person shall feed garbage to swine.\n\nB. For the purpose of this section, \"garbage\" means putrescible\n\nanimal and vegetable wastes resulting from the handling,\n\npreparation, cooking and consumption of foods, including fish,\n\npoultry or animal carcasses or parts.\n\nC. The provisions of this section shall not apply to:\n\n1. Any individual who feeds only household garbage of the\n\nindividual to the swine of the individual; or\n\n2.
