Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-270","heading":"Jurisdiction of district courts - Subpoenas","body":"The district courts are vested with jurisdiction specifically to\n\nenforce and to prevent and restrain violations of this act and shall\n\nhave jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this\n\nact, except as provided in Section 8, subsection D or Section 17 of\n\nthis act.
