Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-273","heading":"Cost of inspection","body":"The cost of inspection rendered under the requirements of this\n\nact shall be borne by this state, except as provided in Section 5 of\n\nthis act and except that the cost of overtime and holiday work\n\nperformed in establishments subject to the provisions of this act,\n\nat such rates as the Board may determine, shall be borne by such\n\nestablishments. Sums received by the Board in reimbursement for\n\nsums paid out by it for such premium pay work shall be available\n\nwithout fiscal year limitation to carry out the purposes of this\n\nsection.
