Any person who willfully:\n\n1. makes, or causes to be made, any false entry or statement of\n\nfact in any report required to be made pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nRabbit and Rabbit Products Inspection Act;\n\n2. makes, or causes to be made, any false entry in any account,\n\nrecord, or memorandum kept by any person subject to the Oklahoma\n\nRabbit and Rabbit Products Inspection Act;\n\n3. neglects or fails to make, or causes to be made, full, true,\n\nand correct entries in such accounts, records, or memoranda, of all\n\nfacts and transactions appertaining to the business of such person;\n\n4. removes out of the jurisdiction of this state, or willfully\n\nmutilates, alters, or by any other means falsifies any documentary\n\nevidence of any such person; or\n\n5. refuses to submit to the Board or to any of its authorized\n\nagents, for the purpose of inspection and taking copies, any\n\ndocumentary evidence of any such person, firm, or corporation in his\n\npossession or within his control,\n\nshall be deemed guilty and shall be subject, upon conviction in any\n\ncourt of competent jurisdiction, to a fine of not more than Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00).\n\nB. Any officer or employee of this state who shall make public\n\nany information obtained by the Board, without its authority, unless\n\ndirected by a court, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and,\n\nupon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding\n\nFive Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).\n\nC. Any person who violates any provision of the Oklahoma Rabbit\n\nand Rabbit Products Inspection Act for which no other criminal\n\npenalty is provided by the Oklahoma Rabbit and Rabbit Products\n\nInspection Act shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not\n\nmore than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).\n\nD.
