No person shall be subject to penalties pursuant to this\n\nsection for receiving for transportation any article or animal in\n\nviolation of the Oklahoma Rabbit and Rabbit Products Inspection Act\n\nif such receipt was made in good faith, unless such person refuses\n\nto furnish on request of a representative of the Board the name and\n\naddress of the person from whom he received such article or animal,\n\nand copies of all documents, if any there be, pertaining to the\n\ndelivery of the article or animal to him.\n\nB.
