Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-280.6","heading":"Processing plants and equipment - Approval -","body":"Application - Inspection - Compliance with act.\n\nA. On and after September 1, 1989:\n\n1. Prior to slaughtering any rabbit or processing any rabbit\n\nproducts at any plant, a person owning or operating such plant shall\n\nhave the plant approved by the Department.\n\n2. To receive plant approval, a person shall make application\n\nto the State Board of Agriculture. As part of the application, the\n\nperson shall agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the\n\nOklahoma Rabbit and Rabbit Products Inspection Act and any\n\napplicable regulations promulgated thereto.\n\n3. Prior to any such approval, the plant and plant equipment\n\nshall be inspected by the Department of Agriculture.\n\n4. Upon the approval of the plant and plant equipment by the\n\nDepartment, the plant shall be considered an official plant.\n\n5. No rabbits affected with any disease transmissible to man\n\nshall be slaughtered in any official establishment.\n\nB.
