Any rabbit slaughtered or processed which is not intended\n\nfor use as human food prior to its offer for sale or transportation\n\nin intrastate commerce, unless naturally inedible by humans, shall\n\nbe denatured or otherwise identified as prescribed by regulations of\n\nthe Board to deter its use for human food.\n\nB.
