All persons subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Rabbit\n\nand Rabbit Products Inspection Act shall keep such records as\n\nwillfully and correctly disclose all transactions involved in their\n\nbusinesses. All persons, subject to such requirements shall, at all\n\nreasonable times, upon notice by a duly authorized representative of\n\nthe Board, afford such representative and any duly authorized\n\nrepresentative of the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States\n\naccompanied by such representative of the Board access to their\n\nplaces of business and opportunity to examine the facilities,\n\ninventory, and records thereof, to copy all such records, and to\n\ntake reasonable samples of their inventory.\n\nB.
