Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-282","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in Section 6-281 et seq. of this title unless the\n\ncontext otherwise requires:\n\n1. \"Equine infectious anemia\" or \"EIA\" means the communicable,\n\ninfectious disease which affects only equidae and is caused by the\n\nvirus of equine infectious anemia;\n\n2. \"Board\" means the State Board of Agriculture;\n\n3. \"Equidae\" means a family of perissodactyl ungulate mammals\n\ncontaining a single genus, Equus, which includes horses, asses,\n\njacks, jennies, hinnies, mules, donkeys, burros, ponies and zebras;\n\n4. \"Official test\" means a test for equine infectious anemia\n\nwhich has been conducted in a laboratory approved by the Board and\n\nthe United States Department of Agriculture for the purpose of\n\nconducting this test or any other test or examination for the\n\ndetection of equine infectious anemia approved by the Department;\n\nand\n\n5. \"Reactor\" means any equidae which discloses a positive\n\nreaction to an official test for equine infectious anemia.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8e6dee0bfeccc40d4661f2a09bb6accd290caedd6d89897a879426b76ead4baf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-281","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-6-283"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
