No person shall be subject to penalties pursuant to this\n\nsection for receiving for transportation any article or animal in\n\nviolation of the Exotic Livestock and Exotic Livestock Products\n\nInspection Act if such receipt was made in good faith, unless such\n\nperson refuses to furnish on request of a representative of the\n\nBoard the name and address of the person from whom he received such\n\narticle or animal, and copies of all documents, if any there be,\n\npertaining to the delivery of the article or animal to him.\n\nB.
