All persons subject to the provisions of the Exotic\n\nLivestock and Exotic Livestock Products Inspection Act shall keep\n\nsuch records as willfully and correctly disclose all transactions\n\ninvolved in their businesses. All persons, subject to such\n\nrequirements shall, at all reasonable times, upon notice by a duly\n\nauthorized representative of the Board, afford such representative\n\nand any duly authorized representative of the Secretary of\n\nAgriculture of the United States accompanied by such representative\n\nof the Board access to their places of business and opportunity to\n\nexamine the facilities, inventory, and records thereof, to copy all\n\nsuch records, and to take reasonable samples of their inventory.\n\nB.
