On and after September 1, 1991, no person shall:\n\n1. Slaughter any exotic livestock or process any exotic\n\nlivestock products which are capable of use as human food at any\n\nestablishment processing any such articles solely for intrastate\n\ncommerce, except in compliance with the requirements of the Exotic\n\nLivestock and Exotic Livestock Products Inspection Act; and\n\n2. Sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or\n\nreceive for transportation from an official establishment, any\n\nslaughtered exotic livestock from which the blood, feet, head, or\n\nviscera have not been removed in accordance with regulations\n\npromulgated by the Board, except as may be authorized by regulations\n\nof the Board.\n\nB. No person shall:\n\n1. Sell, transport, offer for sale or transportation, or\n\nreceive for transportation:\n\na. any exotic livestock products which are capable of use\n\nas human food and are adulterated or misbranded at the\n\ntime of such sale, transportation, offer for sale or\n\ntransportation, or receipt for transportation, or\n\nb. any exotic livestock products required to be inspected\n\npursuant to the Exotic Livestock and Exotic Livestock\n\nProducts Inspection Act unless they have been so\n\ninspected and passed;\n\n2. Perform any act which is intended to cause or has the effect\n\nof causing such exotic livestock or exotic livestock products to be\n\nadulterated or misbranded;\n\n3. Use to his own advantage, or reveal other than to the\n\nauthorized representatives of the state government or any other\n\ngovernment in their official capacity, or as ordered by a court in\n\nany judicial proceedings, any information acquired under the\n\nauthority of the Exotic Livestock and Exotic Livestock Products\n\nInspection Act concerning any matter which is entitled to protection\n\nas a trade secret.\n\nC. No brand manufacturer, printer, or other person shall cast,\n\nprint, lithograph, or otherwise make any device containing any\n\nofficial mark or simulation thereof, or any label bearing any such\n\nmark or simulation, or any form of official certificate or\n\nsimulation thereof, except as authorized by the Board.\n\nD. No person shall:\n\n1. Forge any official device, mark, or certificate;\n\n2. Without authorization from the Board use any official\n\ndevice, mark, or certificate, or simulation thereof, or alter,\n\ndetach, deface, or destroy any official device, mark, or certificate\n\nincluding \"Oklahoma Rejected\" or \"Oklahoma Retained\" tags;\n\n3. Contrary to the regulations prescribed by the Board, fail to\n\nuse, or to detach, deface, or destroy any official device, mark, or\n\ncertificate;\n\n4. Knowingly possess, without promptly notifying the Board or\n\nits representative, any official device or any counterfeit,\n\nsimulated, forged, or improperly altered official certificate or any\n\ndevice or label or any carcass of any exotic livestock, or part or\n\nproduct thereof, bearing any counterfeit, simulated, forged, or\n\nimproperly altered official mark;\n\n5. Knowingly make any false statement in any shipper's\n\ncertificate or other nonofficial or official certificate provided\n\nfor in the regulations prescribed by the Board; or\n\n6.
