The State Board of Agriculture shall be the official exotic\n\nlivestock disease control agency of the State of Oklahoma, and shall\n\nhave the authority to issue and enforce rules governing the movement\n\nand testing of exotic livestock as defined in Section 6-290.3 of\n\nthis title, in intrastate commerce with regards to disease\n\nemergency, disease control, or disease eradication.\n\nB. The Board shall have the authority to issue and enforce\n\nrules governing the movement and testing of exotic livestock as\n\ndefined by Section 6-290.3 of this title, in interstate commerce as\n\nrequired or allowed by federal law.\n\nC.
