It shall be unlawful to operate any trailer, not otherwise\n\nrequired to be licensed by law, which is used for the hauling of\n\nlivestock upon the roads or highways of the State of Oklahoma unless\n\nthat trailer bears an identifying number.\n\nB. Trailers owned by individual persons shall be identified\n\nwith the driver license number of the owner. Trailers owned by\n\ncorporations, partnerships, and other associations or owned by a\n\nperson who has no driver license shall be identified with numbers as\n\ndesignated by rules of the State Board of Agriculture with advice\n\nfrom the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety.\n\nC. The identifying number shall be in Arabic numerals in a\n\ncontrasting color of not less than two (2) inches high painted or\n\notherwise affixed to the rear of the trailer so it is clearly\n\nvisible from the rear at all times and in a manner as to reasonably\n\nassure against alteration or destruction.\n\nD. The State Board of Agriculture may promulgate rules, and\n\nwith the advice of the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, direct\n\nthe affixing of identifying numbers to livestock trailers.\n\nE. It shall be unlawful to alter a livestock trailer\n\nidentifying number other than to comply with this subarticle or\n\nrules issued pursuant to this subarticle.\n\nF.
