The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nmay provide technical assistance to persons legally engaged in the\n\nprivate commercial production of catfish, minnows, fingerlings,\n\nfish, frogs and other aquatic species pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act. Such technical assistance shall be limited to\n\nrecommendations and in no instance shall the Department provide any\n\nassistance or any funds to effectuate or implement such\n\nrecommendations.\n\nB.
