Any duly authorized representative of the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry shall\n\nhave the power to inspect, at reasonable times,\n\nrecords, facilities and operations of any person\n\nengaging in the commercial production of catfish,\n\nminnows, fingerlings, fish, frogs and other aquatic\n\nspecies in order to determine whether or not diseased\n\nspecies, that could cause such species to contaminate\n\nwild fish, exist in the impoundments.\n\nb. If diseased conditions exist, the Oklahoma Department\n\nof Agriculture, Food, and Forestry may require the\n\nremoval or the treatment of the diseased species to\n\nprevent contamination of wild fish.\n\n2. Any duly authorized representative of the Department of\n\nWildlife Conservation shall have the power to inspect, at reasonable\n\ntimes, records, facilities and operations of any person engaging in\n\nthe commercial production of catfish, minnows, fingerlings, fish,\n\nfrogs and other aquatic species in order to determine if the\n\ncommercial operation is in compliance with the Oklahoma Wildlife\n\nConservation Code and rules promulgated thereto. Any person found\n\nor alleged to be in violation of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation\n\nCode or rules promulgated thereto shall be subject to the provisions\n\nof the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Code.\n\nB. A licensee shall be present during any inspection authorized\n\npursuant to the provisions of this section. In addition, the\n\nlicensee shall cooperate with the Oklahoma Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry and the Department of Wildlife\n\nConservation in performing such licensee’s duties pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of this act.\n\nC. Any licensee subject to the provisions of this act shall\n\nsubmit to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nan annual summary of the number of catfish, minnows, fingerlings,\n\nfish, frogs and other aquatic species produced and marketed by the\n\ncommercial operation and any other information as requested by the\n\nDepartment.
