Each vehicle used to transport private commercially\n\nproduced catfish, minnows, fingerlings, fish, frogs or other aquatic\n\nspecies shall be marked conspicuously by decals bearing the\n\ninscription \"Aquatic Culture\".\n\n2. The decals shall be located on each side of the hauling\n\nunit.\n\nB.
