Any report of contagious or infectious animal diseases\n\nobtained pursuant to the requirements of Section 698.15 of Title 59\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes and rules promulgated by the State Board of\n\nAgriculture shall not be required to be produced pursuant to the\n\nOklahoma Open Records Act except in such a way that no person or\n\nfarm can be individually identified, unless otherwise provided for\n\nby law. Specific information shall not be released except under the\n\nfollowing circumstances:\n\n1. Release is made upon court order;\n\n2. Release is made in writing, by or with the written consent\n\nof the person whose information is being kept confidential;\n\n3. Release is necessary as determined by the State Veterinarian\n\nto protect the health and well-being of the general public or\n\ndomestic animals;\n\n4. Release is made of medical or epidemiological information to\n\nhealth or veterinary professionals, appropriate state agencies or\n\nappropriate courts to enforce the provisions of this title and\n\nrelated rules concerning the control and treatment of animal\n\ndiseases; or\n\n5. Release is made of specific medical or epidemiological\n\ninformation for statistical purposes whether within the State of\n\nOklahoma or throughout the United States, in such a way that no\n\nperson or farm can be identified.\n\nB.
