An owner or operator shall ensure farmed cervidae do not run\n\nat large and shall take all reasonable efforts to return any escaped\n\nfarmed cervidae to their enclosures as soon as possible.\n\nB. The owner or operator shall immediately notify the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry and the local game\n\nwarden of the Department of Wildlife Conservation if farmed cervidae\n\nescape.\n\nC. If an owner or operator is unwilling or unable to capture\n\nescaped farmed cervidae, the Department of Wildlife Conservation has\n\nthe authority to destroy the escaped farmed cervidae.\n\nD.
