To refuse an inspection authorized by the Oklahoma Farmed\n\nCervidae Act;\n\n2. To commingle or integrate any native cervidae into a farmed\n\ncervidae herd;\n\n3. To intentionally commingle or integrate any farmed cervidae\n\nwith native cervidae;\n\n4. To fail to maintain records as required by law;\n\n5. To fail to maintain fencing as required by law;\n\n6. To fail to pay any fee, fine, or penalty as required and\n\nestablished pursuant to the Oklahoma Farmed Cervidae Act;\n\n7. To fail to comply with any State Board of Agriculture order;\n\nor\n\n8.
