Whenever the State Veterinarian finds that an emergency\n\nexists requiring immediate action to protect the public health or\n\nwelfare or to protect farmed or native cervidae from any animal\n\ndisease or pest, the State Veterinarian may without notice or hearing\n\nissue an order that shall be effective upon issuance, reciting the\n\nexistence of an emergency and requiring that immediate action be\n\ntaken to meet the emergency.\n\nB. Any person to whom an emergency order is directed shall\n\ncomply immediately but may request an administrative enforcement\n\nhearing within fifteen (15) days after the order is served.\n\nC. The administrative enforcement hearing shall be held by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry within ten\n\n(10) working days after receipt of the request.\n\nD. With the input of the Department of Wildlife Conservation,\n\nthe State Board of Agriculture shall affirm, revoke, or modify the\n\nemergency order based on the hearing record.\n\nE. Any person aggrieved by the final order may, pursuant to the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, petition for a judicial review of the\n\nfinal order.\n\nF.
