After the initial prelicensing inspection, each premise\n\nshall be inspected at least once every other year unless there is a\n\nchange in ownership or change in facilities.\n\nB. The following prelicensing inspections shall occur:\n\n1. Upon submission of a complete application, the Department of\n\nAgriculture, Food, and Forestry shall schedule an on-site meeting\n\nand inspection to review the facility;\n\n2. The Department shall review the location of the facility,\n\nincluding breeding-pen fencing, gates, feed bunkers, shelter,\n\ncarcass disposal areas, and any other facilities for the location;\n\n3. The Department may request appropriate changes to the\n\nfacility design;\n\n4. In no case shall a license for a farmed cervidae facility be\n\ngranted unless the Department has conducted a prelicensing\n\ninspection and the Department has approved the facility based on\n\nthat inspection; and\n\n5. The license shall be revoked for any facility that does not\n\nconstruct or operate the facility in accordance with the approved\n\nprelicensing inspection.\n\nC. All new facilities shall be inspected within ninety (90)\n\ncalendar days prior to issuing a new license.\n\nD. It is the responsibility of the owner or operator to arrange\n\nthe appropriate inspection and the Department shall be given\n\nadequate time to respond to the request for the initial inspection.\n\nE.
