The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate rules for\n\nthe testing and intrastate movement of live feral swine.\n\nB. All persons that transport live feral swine in this state\n\nshall be required to obtain a transporter license from the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry.\n\nC. Live feral swine shall only be transported to the following:\n\n1. A licensed sporting facility;\n\n2. A licensed handling facility;\n\n3. Directly to an approved slaughter facility; or\n\n4.
