The official test for brucellosis shall be any serologic or\n\nbacteriologic test recognized by and listed in the United States\n\nDepartment of Agriculture Uniform Methods and Rules of Brucellosis\n\nEradication or listed in the Code of Federal Regulations. An\n\nofficial test must be conducted at a laboratory approved for\n\nbrucellosis testing by the State Board of Agriculture and the United\n\nStates Department of Agriculture.\n\nB. The blood sample for brucellosis tests shall be drawn by a\n\nperson approved by the Board. Accredited veterinarians licensed to\n\npractice in this state may be granted a certificate by the State\n\nVeterinarian to conduct brucellosis tests at approved livestock\n\nmarket laboratories.\n\nC.
