Stat. tit. 2, § 2-6-93","heading":"Blood samples for brucellosis testing – Official","body":"identification – Reports.\n\nA. Whenever any blood sample is drawn for the purpose of\n\ntesting for brucellosis, the person drawing the blood sample shall\n\nensure application of official identification, approved by the State\n\nVeterinarian. If official identification is already present, that\n\nofficial identification shall be recorded.\n\nB. The person shall submit with the blood sample a written\n\nreport to the State Veterinarian. The report shall be signed by the\n\nperson drawing the sample and shall be on a form prescribed by the\n\nState Veterinarian. The report shall show the official\n\nidentification and descriptive markings of the animal, or herd\n\ntattoo, if the tested animal is a registered animal.\n\nC. It shall not be necessary to officially identify any\n\nregistered animal if the registration tattoo of each animal is shown\n\non the report. If the registration paper is not transferred with\n\nthe animal, official identification shall be applied.\n\nD.
