The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate rules\n\ngoverning:\n\n1. The production, transportation, processing, pasteurization,\n\nhandling, identity, sampling, examination, labeling, marking,\n\nshipping statements, optional ingredients, definitions and sanitary\n\nconditions for milk and milk products;\n\n2. The inspection and sanitary rating of dairy farms, bulk milk\n\nhauler/samplers, milk transportation companies, milk tank truck\n\ncleaning facilities, milk plants and distribution centers engaged in\n\nproducing, transporting, processing and distributing milk and milk\n\nproducts;\n\n3. The issuing, modifying, suspending and revoking of permits\n\nto producers, bulk milk hauler/samplers, milk transportation\n\ncompanies, milk tank truck cleaning facilities, processors and\n\ndistributors of milk and milk products;\n\n4. The approval of facilities therefor;\n\n5. All cheese factories;\n\n6. All modes of transportation used for the distribution of\n\nmilk and cream to market; and\n\n7. The labeling and packaging of milk and milk products.\n\nB.
